    Storage Notes
    Lavender
    3 to 5 days
Place your fresh lavender in a container or hang upside down to dry. For better color, you should make sure your bunch has dry air circulation and is not in direct light. Humid air promotes mildew. Some of your buds will wilt.
    Lemongrass
    5 to 7 days
Lemongrass will start to go bad in the fridge after a few weeks. To store for a longer time, freeze the lemongrass. Trim, rinse, and dry off the stalks of lemongrass. Slice them into 3-inch sections. Transfer them to a freezer bag and use within a few months. It’s even better if you have a vacuum sealer to seal the bag to prevent freezer burn.
    Marjoram
    5 to 7 days
Store fresh marjoram in the refrigerator: First wrap it in a damp paper towel or tea towel, and then loosely wrap that bundle in plastic wrap or tuck it inside of an airtight container.
    Rosemary
    Sage
    Savory
