Asian and Mustard greens are umbrella terms for leafy members of the brassica family. This year we are growing a baby greens mix of mild-flavored mustard and Asian greens.
Mildly spicy, with a variety of flavors and textures. Since we are harvesting them young, they will be sweeter than their full-sized counterparts.
